Section A — Security of Information

1. Golden Glow Yoga College takes the privacy and security of our customers and their personal information very seriously. Information collected is used strictly by us to provide our services to you and is required for the provision of our services.
2. Information submitted to Golden Glow Yoga College may be shared with administrative staff and teachers only and then solely for the purpose of administration and teaching.
3. Customers understand that Golden Glow Yoga College engages in social media networking, such as Facebook, Twitter, Flickr etc. as part of the company's promotional endeavours, which may involve sharing of photos or other information.
4. Under no circumstances do we sell participant or personal information to others. Please note that we will not share health information that may have been provided in connection with a programme, programme withdrawal or request for refund.
5. Golden Glow Yoga College may contact customers about upcoming events and opportunities. This will require the use of contact details. If you are uncomfortable with this, please make this explicitly known to the staff via email or upon completion of your Enrolment Form. Otherwise, your acceptance is deemed to have been given.
6. It is requested that Customers provide details of an emergency contact, name, and phone number. This will only be used solely for this purpose. Golden Glow Yoga College reserves the right to contact emergency services in the event of concern for a customer's health should the need arise and in the opinion of the class instructor. Golden Glow Yoga College is not liable for any costs incurred. These shall remain the responsibility of the customer or the next of kin.
7. Golden Glow Yoga College will release any information that is required to be released by law or court order. In exceptional circumstances it may be necessary that we disclose your personally identifiable information if we believe, in good faith, that disclosure is otherwise necessary or advisable to protect the interests of Golden Glow Yoga College. We will seek to ensure that any proposed disclosure is required in the circumstances and then ensure that we disclose only the information that is required.

Section B — Websites and Trading Names

1. Links from or to websites or Apps outside our Company websites — www.goldenglowyoga.ie · www.goldenglowyoga.co.uk · www.goldenglowyoga.com · www.ggyc.co.uk · www.thegalwaywellnessstudio.ie · www.thegalwaywellnessstudio.com · www.claddaghyoga.com — are meant for convenience only. Golden Glow Yoga College does not review, endorse, approve, or control and is not responsible for any sites linked from or to the above websites, the content of those sites, the third parties named therein, or their products and services. Linking to any other site is at your sole risk and Golden Glow Yoga College will not be responsible or liable for any damages in connection with said linking.
2. Use of our domain names and trading names are limited and subject to our terms and conditions.

Section C — Yoga Classes, Payments and Cancellations

1. Class fees paid on-line are not refundable after 7 days of payment being made. Upon notification of intention to seek a refund/cancellation within 7 days of joining, 75% of subscription will be refunded within 14 days.
2. Yoga Private classes are not refundable except for medical reasons, which must be certified.
3. A 24-hour Notice of Cancellation is required otherwise the cost of the Private class is payable.
4. Yoga Workshops/Retreats — Upon notification of cancellation 14 days or more before the workshop/retreat start date, 75% of the fee will be refunded within 14 days. Upon notification of cancellation 7 days before the workshop/retreat date, 50% of the fee will be refunded within 14 days. Thereafter, there is no refund.

In the unlikely event that a Golden Glow Yoga College workshop, retreat or class is cancelled, an alternative workshop or private class will be offered. If daily classes, workshops, or private classes must be abandoned or interrupted due to exceptional circumstances there will not be a refund if more than half of the event has been completed.

Section D — Yoga Teacher Training Programs

Photo Release and Use

Use of Course Materials

Materials on Teams/Stream or social media accounts that are part of any workshop or class, including but not limited to Golden Glow Yoga College hand-outs or manuals, the general layout of the websites, logos, trademarks, and web page content are the property of Golden Glow Yoga College. Using this information with third parties or for financial gain without full permission of Golden Glow Yoga College is strictly prohibited.

Section E — The Student Teacher / GGYC Commitment

I understand and agree that, in order to become a certified Golden Glow Yoga College Yoga teacher:

1. I the Student Teacher must attend, fully participate in, and successfully complete the certification course presented by GGYC, as more fully described in the course description materials available in the GGYC Brochure and on the GGYC website.
2. Whether I, the Student Teacher, has successfully completed the GGYC Yoga Teacher Training Program will be determined by Golden Glow Yoga College at their sole discretion, based on my demonstrated command of the skills necessary to teach Golden Glow Yoga College Yoga classes. All assignments, assessments, and examinations for 200hr must be completed no later than one month prior to graduation unless agreed otherwise.
3. I am entitled to apply for the Golden Glow Yoga Teacher Senior Program, which is a mentoring programme and offers a 500-hour certification, only after permission to do so has been given by the Board. The decision of the Board is final.
4. I understand that all fees must be paid in full prior to attendance unless otherwise agreed. No student can graduate with fees outstanding. A Registration Fee (€500.00 / £400) is required to secure a place on a teacher training course and is refundable only in the event of the course being cancelled by GGYC for any reason.
5. When I become a certified Golden Glow Yoga College Yoga teacher I understand:
   • I am entitled to teach yoga classes in the method and style taught in the Golden Glow Yoga College Yoga Teacher Training Programmes.
   • I may refer to myself as a "Certified Golden Glow Yoga College Yoga Teacher" and a Yoga Alliance International Qualified Teacher and Yoga Alliance Professionals registered teacher as appropriate.
   • I will ensure my personal insurance premium is valid and my emergency first aid certification is in date.
   • I will ensure my annual subscription to GGYC is maintained if I wish to continue to receive training material updates.
6. I will, at my own expense, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Golden Glow Yoga College and its owners, directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives from and against any and all liabilities, claims, causes of action, suits, damages, and expenses for which Golden Glow Yoga College becomes liable by reason of my activities or my breach of the terms of this Agreement.
7. I am not, and will not hold myself out to be, an employee, subcontractor, representative or agent of Golden Glow Yoga College unless agreed in writing.
8. This Agreement will terminate, and all rights granted to me hereby will automatically terminate, upon:
   • My failure to successfully complete the Golden Glow Yoga Teacher Training Program.
   • My failure to comply with any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
   • My use of the "Golden Glow Yoga College" name in any manner not expressly permitted by this Agreement.
   • My failure to adhere to the standards established by Golden Glow Yoga College.

Participation in any programme run by Golden Glow Yoga College will be accepted as agreement to these Terms and Conditions. The services offered cannot be availed of without clear understanding and acceptance of the terms and conditions laid out herein.
